DELIVERY AND RETURNS
SHIPPING:
All packages will be sent first class recorded delivery. Postage is free
for UK orders. Please contact us directly to request European and International
postal charges.
Orders received before 10am will be shipped the same day whereas orders received after this time will be sent the following day. You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped.
RETURNS:
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase however, if
for any reason you wish to return it, we will give you a full refund,
or exchange it for another design.
Please note that the following conditions must be met
when returning an item:
- the product must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the
product and must include proof of purchase;
- the product must be in an unwashed, unused condition and with the instructions
included;
If you wish to exchange the item, the above conditions
apply. You are also responsible for covering the cost of resending a new
item.
Please contact me first with your reasons for the exchange and be sure
to include your name, address and telephone number. When returning goods,
it is advisable to obtain 'PROOF OF POSTAGE"
PRIVACY POLICY:
It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any
other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses
and the details submitted on the order form. The information on the order
form is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998.
