HOW IT WORKS

BOOK A SLOT:
I have a limited number of custom slots and I take bookings for the following month. When you contact me, I will let you know when your carrier or accessories will be made, but turnaround is normally no longer than 1 month. |
SUBMIT AN ORDER FORM:
When you have booked a custom slot, I will send you an order form for the specific type of carrier/items that you want. All the possible design features for that carrier will be listed. I will confirm the final specifications with you before I make a start. |
FABRIC:
If you are booking a wrap conversion, I will need the washed wrap to arrive by the start of your allocated month. If you are ordering a custom carrier, you will need to choose the base and decorative fabrics when you submit your order form. I am happy to advise, if necessary. |
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
When your carrier is finished, I will send photos and an invoice payable by bank transfer or by Paypal. The items will be shipped once payment has been received. |
