Custom-made Carriers
These are made from our own base cotton twill or Honeycomb Loom wrap fabrics but can be customised in a variety of ways. Simple customs merely involve sending your own decorative fabric for the Pouchlings "stripe". Alternatively, you might like to design a more complex carrier with character hoods, accessories or artwork. I am happy to help you work through any ideas you may have so that you end up with your dream carrier.
Custom made carriers are made on a waiting list basis but this is usually no more than a few weeks long.

Artwork
APPLIQUE AND FREE-MOTION EMBROIDERY:
- Artwork is charged at £15 for the first hour (this covers designing, drawing up the templates, bondaweb, stabiliser and threads), and £10 per hour thereafter.
Rough estimates are anything from £5 - £15 for hood decoration and £10 - £150 for body decoration. Prices will vary according to the complexity of the design and small motifs may be charged individually rather than by the hour.
- If you know exactly what artwork you would like, please send me a sketch, or email me an image. If you cannot give me exact specifications, please accept that there will be a certain amount of "artistic licence" at my end and you may not get exactly what you picture in your own mind!.
- Standard embroidery is done with my usual Gutterman sewing threads or Gutterman Sulky, which are included in the price.
CONTRASTING FABRICS AND MINKY LININGS:
You may supply your own decorative fabric for a decorative stripe. Please consult with me first to discuss suitability of the fabric and quantity needed. If you would like help sourcing your fabric, please contact me for a list of suitable websites.
